Fairview Farm Log Cabins & Holiday Accommodation was created after the success and demand of the first self-catering Log Cabin on-site ‘The Sherwood’. Which was named this as Fairview Farm is between Ravenshead and Blidworth near Sherwood Forest in the heart of Robin Hood County. There are now 14 luxury accommodation available in this beautiful setting for a perfect rural retreat!
Set in 88 acres of countryside, there are plenty of local walks and cycling routes including a private nature trail around the farm where you can spot the horses, sheep and donkeys grazing in the fields and an abundance of local wildfire. Each guest also gets a FREE Pamper a Pony and Walk the Pygmy Goats Session with every stay!
Enjoy a variety of fantastic local restaurants and pubs within 1 mile for some delicious food and drink to make your stay a totally relaxing experience.
Local attractions include Robin Hoods Wheelgate Park, White Post Farm, Wollaton Hall, Nottingham Castle, the City of Caves, Newstead Abbey, Rufford Country Park, Clumber Park and Sherwood Forest home to the famous Major Oak. At Fairview Farm we have a small selection of retired ponies that we keep as our pets. We also have two pygmy goats you can meet and our resident donkeys ! Take advantage of our lovely farm walks and spot the horses and sheep grazing in the fields. You can also visit the stables and say hello to our horses during your stay.
